Shelton Monroe is a licensed Clinical Social worker with an extensive background in adult mental health since 2019. After growing up in West Texas, Shelton obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Angelo State University.
Upon completion of University, Shelton has continued to place a focus on bringing a grounded and compassionate approach to therapy. Shelton believes in meeting clients exactly where they are, while creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and growth. Using a strengths-based perspective, Shelton helps clients identify and build upon their existing skills and resilience. This is done in efforts to guide them toward a meaningful change and personal empowerment.
